Marcus J. (Lil'Bit) Bennett was born June 5, 1975 to Rose & Preston Bennett Sr. He Attended #33 & #52 Schools and Frederick Douglass and John Marshall High Schools in the Rochester City School District. He enjoyed sports basketball being his favorite, which we ALL know he was great at. he was an avid music fan, which led him to making beats as a hobby. Marcus enjoyed spending time with family, but mostly his children and only grandchild. He was a PROVIDER, and a PROTECTOR, WHO HAD THE HEART OF A LION and was loved by many. Marcus was not a wealthy man but he was a GIVING Man who contributed when and however he could.
He held various jobs in the Rochester area, his most recent employment was with Lidestri Foods where he was recently hired full time and planned to start his career.
Sadly, he was taken Saturday July 16, 2022. He is predeceased by his great grandmother Alnora Carter, One Aunt Valerie Elaine Williams, 2 Uncles Charles Bennett & Ronnie Myles.
Survived by his mother Ms. Rose Bennett, Preston (Barbara) Bennett Sr. 7 sibilings
Lawrence LB Bennett, Preston (Julie) Bennett Jr. Yolanda (Jay) Reese Jr., Rick Perkins, Rachel Young, Roshonda Bennett, April Ashford. His children, Marquis (Mother Cynthia Cooper), Mekhi, Mekira, MaKenzie Bennett (Mother Krystal Frasier) and his one and only grandchild, his granddaughter Analiya Rose Bennett.
His grandmother Mrs. Pearlie Carter (William) Miller, 2 Uncles Randolph Barton Sr. & Victor Perkins Sr. 7 aunts: Joyce Barton, Lydia Burton, Olivia (Lynwood) Lynch Sr., Lenora (Charles) Massey Sr., Margie Myles (Jerome) Parks, Gail Perkins, Diane Perkins(William)Davis, Vivian Myles.
