Jay attended PS63 School, and spent his early years in the Bronx. He moved to Rochester NY where he worked for a few different companies. Jay Fresh Express Barbershop was his pride and Joy. He started business officially in 2015 working tirelessly to make sure we were all fresh. Jay loved to have fun. He was the life of any party. He could win over anyone with his charismatic personality, and winning smile. Everyone who met Jay can truly say he has changed their lives in some kind of way. He leaves to cherish his memory; Mother Yolanda E Diaz, special love Floyd Burrell. Sisters; Evelyn J. Diaz, Christie A. Nieves, Mary T. Diaz, Diane E. Diaz, Brenda J. Diaz, Diana Young, Nancy Morales, and preceded him in death Christie L. Diaz. Brothers; Michael A. Diaz, Eddie F. Diaz, Jose F. Diaz, Robert Diaz, and Rey Diaz. He was like a Father to; Jahida M. Diaz, Shayla S. Ramos, Alaze M. Burrell, Floyd A. Burrell Jr., Evan S. Burrell, and Vivian G. Flow. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jeremie went to meet his Lord on April 22, 2017.
