Obituary of Mark Sheffield

Mark Anthony Sheffield was born August 4, 1966 in Rochester NY, to Agnes Marie Sheffield and Herbert Wilson [deceased]. Mark graduated from Wilson Magnet High School in 1985. He joined the Army in 1986-1989. Mark had a strong passion for music and loved to sing. He was a part of many local bands and singing groups in Rochester. Mark also loved to DJ and was a DJ at many local clubs in Rochester. Mark was sincere, humble, and he had a spirit of grace. He always welcomed as if they were family with a smile and a hug. Mark was a member of Faith Healing and Deliverance Clinic [FHDC] of Rochester, (Dr. William Dailey and Co-Pastor Kelvin Dailey). He was part of the Praise and Worship team and he played the drums. He also taught Sunday School for a short period of time. Mark Sheffield is predeceased by his father Herbert Wilson, Maternal grandparents; Lawrance and Lena Sheffield, Paternal grandparents; Ralph and Juanita Wilson, Aunts; Debbie Cooper and Elveria Larkin, Uncle; Wilbert Wilson. His memories are left to be cherished by his daughter Latevia Sheffield, his son Jerell Lanos, two grandchildren Timothy and Desmond, his Mother Agnes Marie(Ruben)Sheffield-Deese, his sister Lisa Sheffield, his brother Aubrey(Tiffany)Sheffield, his nieces Julisa Sheffield, Teyah Brice, Amya Brice. His newphews Eric Taylor and Aubrey Sheffield. Great niece Kendyl Sheffield. His Aunts Gloria(James)Hawkins, Bernice Sheffield, Juanita Sheffield, Patricia(William)Marshall, Barber Morris and Delouis Wilson. A host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
