2018-17 Amy Patrice Stanley, left this earth on January 22, 2018, at the young age of 53 at Rochester General Hospital. The daughter of Howard Stanley and the late Brooksie Stanley. She was born at Orange Memorial Hospital in Orlando, Florida. Shortly after her birth the family relocated to Rochester, New York. Amy attended Benjamin Franklin High School where she was very active and ran track. She grew up loving to roller skate, bowl, and dance. Amy truly enjoyed playing cards and laughing with family. Her family was her main focus and the time spent with her many relatives brought her much happiness and comfort during her life. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Brooksie Stanley, her sister, Hortense Greathart, and her brother Troy Stanley. She is survived by her Father Howard (Mary) Stanley; her children, Monique Conner, Denique Conner, Amy (Milas) Love, and Gary Stanley; her grandchildren Jayla Conner, Emanuel "Dude" Bradberry, and Ali'a Robinson; her siblings Rita Jones-Burns, Kathy Parker, Sheila Stanley, Bridgette Stanley, and Brian Stanley; Amy had a special relationship with her nieces Tasha (James) Streater, Shantel Jones, Monica (Sherard) Sloan, and Sethany Johnson. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved ones.
