Obituary of Cornell Dennis

During his childhood he attended RCSD School #36, Frederick Douglass Middle School, Franklin High School and Josh Lofton. He later earned His GED. Cornell enjoyed playing basketball, Listening to music , especially The Lox, and spending time with family and friends. Cornell was the adventurous type who ventured out on his own and moved to Vermont for 2 years and Buffalo for a year. Through it all, he managed to make it back Rochester to be closer to his family. He would often "pop up" out of the blue, and unexpected just to chill out. Cornell was known to many as C-Dog and Dooda. Predeceased by his father Arthur Henry, (maternal) grandfather Willie Dennis Sr., (paternal) grandmother Romaine Henry, (paternal) grandfather Walter Alexander, (paternal) aunt Betty Jean Henry, (paternal) uncles Walter Henry and Alex Henry, (maternal) uncle Willie Dennis jr. Cornell Leaves to cherish his memories his mother Rosanne Dennis, grandparent Beulah Dennis and Charles Green; 2 sisters Pretoria (Shaneen) Dennis and Torry Washington; 4 brothers Tyre Dennis, Jack Washington, Brandon Isaac and Marcus Humble; 3 aunts Shirley Dennis, Sandra Balkum, and Deborah Pryor; 1 niece TiQuanna Wade (Dominic Hagan); 3 nephews Markel Peak (TaAsia Lyons), Day-Jon Burgess and Noah Dennis; Special family Jason Washington and Latoya Washington.
