April Arlise Lathrop was born in Rochester New York on April 10,1973 to her mother Aldrena Lathrop and her predeceased father Homer Rozier. April was a wild and free spirited person and loved to be the center of attention. She was known for her animated stories and dared anyone to "Think it was a game" . Loving on her family was a priority ! Later in her life she meets and marries Louis McNeil and they continue to live in Rochester New York. April leaves behind her Husband Louis McNeil, predeceased son Mark Clifton Jr, daughter Markietta Lathrop and son Jimmie Briggs. Five grand children, Marquis, Milaan & Mariek Green , Brilliante & Omega Briggs. One brother and five sisters. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
