Bertha Rucker was born on December 30,1938 in forrest city Arkansa to lousia Rucker Bertha was born on December 30, 1938 in forrest city Arkansas to louisa Rucker and Holden Rucker. Bertha Rucker graudate from highschool in little rock Arkansas. Bertha Rucker worked for xerox fro many years later she worked as a CNA, Bertha last employment was a bus monitor for rochester city school district before she became ill. Bertha came to Rochester,NY in 1958. Bertha love to help her friends and family.She enjoyed fishing, gardening,and cooking. Bertha enjoyed gathering with family and friends.she was the life of the party.She enjoyed hanging with her soul sisters josephine phillips,Adeline Canty,Doll baby and Betty Hall. Bertha leaves to cherish her memories 2 sister Carrie Gadson and Hattie Mae Wright decease sister Ernestine Jackson. Brother Ruben Rucker decease brothers Leroy Rucker ,jospeh Rucker,and Argle lee. one daughter Gwendolyn Rucker, 2 sonsDoyle Rucker ,Holden Rucker. decease children Barbra Ann Rucker and Bobby Rucker. 20 grand children,39 great grands and 1 great ,great grandson.
